I had a terrific experience having a new AC unit installed and furnace replaced. The lead installer, Reece, was very personable and thorough in ensuring that not only everything was reviewed and explained well before installing, but also that the units were installed to the highest of standards. There was a misunderstanding with one aspect of the install and Reece and Miguel we absolutely terrific about ensuring that end result was exactly what we were wanting. The work was done in an efficient and organized manner and they left the workspace spotless. I was very impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend.
