Very happy with this company, they were courteous and very professional. The guys were very careful to walk in the house without shoes on in areas where they didn’t lay carpet down. They made sure they vacuumed all my carpet and closet and had the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend this company for your furnace needs. Thanks guys for an awesome job.
Very positive experience. WJ was recommended by a home builder. Salesman Dave B was good. Not pushy, very knowledgeable. Price was better than another company offered even after their Costco discount. Installation team lead by Cory was professional, called before arriving, clean, respectful, detail oriented, not in a rush. Photos show extra effort when they bumped the piping up so a nearby storage shelf would still be usable. Very happy with the Trane furnace. Solid, quiet unit.
My furnace stopped working and I called Weiss-Johnson up. Got a quick response. Great price was quoted for the furnace, so I proceeded with them. Appointment was scheduled and they showed up on time and changed out our old furnace right before the recent cold spell. They took the old furnace away which was great, so that I didn’t have to find time to do it myself. They left my furnace room tidy and clean once they were done. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
